Rich Chorne All Stars featuring Nadine Rae CD Now Available! - March 15, 2006

The new CD is now available at shows, select stores, and online at CDBaby: http://cdbaby.com/cd/chorne2. Featuring a dozen great songs, the Chesapeake Music Guide had this to say about the disc: "It has all the classic elements of good R&B and a cast of players that deliver the goods. It's full of rhythms designed to get you moving and the blues are played with finesse. Add Nadine Rae's vocals to the mix, and the fact that it's a great party record, and it sells itself." The All Stars are: Nadine (vocals), Rich (guitars), Jeff (bass), Tommy Lepson (organ, electric piano, clavinet & vocals), Meg Murray (vocals on track 7), Choo Choo Charlie Williams (harmonica), Jimmy Orr (keyboards), Cesar Venegas (congas, tambourine & cowbell), Gary Crockett (drums), Reinhard Schmidt (drums), and Jay Turner (bass on track 9).

Benefit for Dean Rosenthal - March 9, 2006

Join some of the area's best bands for a benefit for one of the area's best loved musicians: Dean Rosenthal. I have been lucky to have worked with Dean on a number of occassions, and am happy to be performing twice at the benefit: at 4:45 with Gary Wright, Leah Weiss and Tom Fridrich, and at 5:40 with Nadine Rae & the Rich Chorne All Stars. Other acts include: Tommy Lepson Band, Tom Principato & Mark Wenner, Paul Reed Smith & Carey Ziegler, Linwood Taylor, Kelly Bell, Guthrie Matthews Method, Steve Lowe, Crosstown, CMG House Band, the Resophonics, and more. The event will take place at TK Sharkeys in Annapolis from 2-10 pm on Sunday, March 12. Tickets are only $10 - you won't find a better deal on great live music, and especially not for such a great cause. So what are you waiting for, come on out!
